Booking terms and conditions

  • Admission by advance booking only
  • Entry only allowed at your pre-booked time
  • We do not have packed lunch facilities but we do have two cafes on site which can be accessed during the first ninety minutes of your tour.
  • All bookings are non-refundable.
  • Bookings can be changed over 48 hours before your visit and we will move to any time or date of your choice (subject to availability).
  • For changes to bookings over 24 hours before your visit, we can usually move it but please notify us by email as soon as possible.
  • We are unable to move or credit any tickets that are “no-shows” or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
